Workshops & Seminars in Neurology
The Neurological Teaching Centre hold regular adult Bobath courses for postgraduates, normal movement training, BBTA modules, seminars and practical workshops specifically aimed at physiotherapists, occupational therapists and allied health professionals working in the field of neurology.
The Teaching Centre is based at the Manchester Neurotherapy Centre physiotherapy practice in Salford.
Neurological Teaching Centre courses include:
- BBTA (British Bobath Tutors Association) Introductory modules
- BBTA workshops in specific areas
- Neurophysiology seminars
- Various other courses on current up-to-date topics
Course members can be assured a high standard of teaching by BBTA Qualified Tutors such as Sue Armstrong, Sue Raine, Clare Fraser and Catherine Cornall.
All courses include refreshments and a buffet lunch on Saturday, at nearby Isis Italian Restaurant.
NTC focus on the teaching of The Bobath Concept to qualified physiotherapists and occupational therapists and on the training of new tutors.
